La inmensa mayoría de los dirigentes deportivos, con sus virtudes y defectos propios de la condición humana, tuvieron esos principios. Se habla de los presidentes aunque se podría hacer referencia a los miles de dirigentes anónimos que aportaron a la grandeza de sus clubes.”

Abogado, profesor universitario, fue concejal en 1973, y diputado de la Ciudad en 1999. En 1989 fue candidato a Presidente de la Nación por la alianza Izquierda Unida. Mona Moncalvillo y Juan José Salinas convirtieron en libro sendos reportajes y en 1981 compartió con Oscar Alende, Conrado Storani y José María Rosa el libro “El Ocaso del Proceso”. Escribió sobre Augusto Conte “Padre de la Plaza” y sobre política deportiva “Puntapie Inicial”. Fue presidente de Huracán, Club sobre el cual escribió ocho libros entre 1995 y 2017. Actualmente preside la Subcomisión de Cultura del Club Huracán y de Cultura AFA
